I don't understand it

This psalm was written to honor a woman at Beth Emet Synagogue. Are you unclear on the Biblical references? Miriam was Moses' sister; Moses has been described as having some kind of speech difficulty. I thought that perhaps there were times that Miriam was able to articulate what Moses could not. Let me know what else is confusing about these words.
